How It Works

1. Prompt Owners NFTs

• Prompt Ownership: When a prompt is listed on ALL-e, the author mints it for listing and takes ownership of it. At this point, an NFT is generated, labeled as a “Prompt Owner” NFT. This NFT represents ownership of the prompt and its associated rights.

• Transferability: Prompt owners have the option to sell their “Prompt Owner” NFTs on the marketplace. Investors can purchase these NFTs, acquiring ownership of the corresponding prompts and the potential for future income generation.

2. Prompt Users NFTs

• Prompt Usage: Users mint prompts for usage, generating an NFT that represents their right to utilize the prompt. This NFT is labeled as a “Prompt User” NFT and grants the holder access to the corresponding prompt for AI interaction.

• Transferability: Similar to “Prompt Owner” NFTs, users can sell their “Prompt User” NFTs on the marketplace. This allows users to transfer their right to use the prompt to other individuals, providing flexibility and liquidity in the market.

Note: Payment for Prompt Usage

It's important to note that owners of “Prompt User” NFTs are still required to pay for each usage of the AI prompt, as per the platform's usage policy. The NFT represents the right to use the prompt but does not exempt the holder from payment obligations.
